Decent Stay, Some Issues

loud air conditioning worn bathroom

The breakfast , advertised as included , was not available . The air conditioning unit was loud. It was difficult to sleep through the constant noise. Also , the bathroom was worn. The fixtures looked old , and the overall condition could use an upgrade.

the outside appearance is amazing inside and out. i stayed in a premium king room and it was super clean plus well laid out for all my stuff

loud air conditioning musty odor

the room was clean on arrival, which met my basic expectations.

the air conditioning unit was excessively loud. i required earplugs in order to sleep. additionally, the room emitted a musty odor i found unpleasant.

well maintained grounds practical layout

the grounds were well maintained with a nice pool area available i appreciated many eating options being within easy reach. the room was super clean with plenty of space for my needs the layout was very practical.

the bathroom was a bit dark this could be improved with better lighting.

I found two issues . The air conditioning unit was noisy. I needed earplugs. There was also a noticeable musty odor in the room. Breakfast was not available, even though it was advertised.

Solid Stay Near Everglades

clean room convenient parking easy extension

My room was very clean and well-kept. I liked the rugless floors. They looked super clean. Parking right outside the door made unloading easy. I found extending my stay via Hotels.com was cheaper than doing it directly at the hotel.

I noticed the front desk was not open early. I had to wait to check out at 6 a.m.

Breakfast included cereal, milk, coffee, juice, muffins, and fruit. The hot item was hard-boiled eggs, I must add. Several fast-food options are within walking distance for lunch or dinner.

Check-in staff was helpful and friendly. A woman at the front desk helped me extend my stay and issued new keys without me needing to change rooms. This was GREAT!!! All my needs were met.
